A Very Happy Customer :)

I've said it before, I'll say it again CHAPTERS INDIGO STORES ARE THE BEST! This is be standing outside the Chapters Rideau a few months back. Clearly I was super happy to be there.

Last month there was a book signing at a location in Toronto (Younge and Eglinton). Jojo Moyes (a superb author), was signing books and I was unable to make it. On Twitter I had made some comments on how I was sad about not being able to go, and they were quite sympathetic. Next day, I had made another comment on how I wish I had a signed book from the previous night. To my surprise they replied with "Give us a call. We'll see what we can do." I was so excited I squealed. With a few more messages and phone calls later, they sent a copy to Chapters Rideau just for me. When I called and asked if my book had arrived, the manager told me it had, and would be on hold until I came to pick it up.

As you can see it was hard to contain ANY excitement as I received the book and brought it home. I will cherish this book for as long as I live, and will be forever grateful for the effort and teamwork of two AMAZING locations. I will be talking about this moment and experience for as long as I have this book. Thank you will never be enough.
