This book took me two tries to get into. The first time I read it, I got 20 pages in and set it down. I am not sure what I was expecting, but this was not it. After I picked it up a second time months later, I fell in love. This was such a fast read. I enjoyed how all three journeys linked together. I enjoyed how each story were years apart from the other. I also appreciated how in three stories of such loss, there were so many peaceful and humbling moments for each character. Out of all three stories, my favourite was the last. My least favourite was the second story, mainly because it was really out there. All in all it was a good book and I wouldn't discourage anyone from reading it.
